We want all customers to be happy with their purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Certain items—such as personalized, heavily discounted, or used items—may not qualify for returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Paideion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
